Physiology of children varies with age, therefore treating a child is not like treating miniature adult.

Obstetrics and Gynecology

Obstetrics deals with pregnancy, labor and delivery. Gynecology deals with all other women's health care including female cancer, menstrual problems, and menopause issues.
